Terms and Conditions
1. The Electrolux Comforter Challenge involves fitting and washing a king-sized comforter in the Electrolux UltimateCare front load washing machine.
2. The challenge is valid for eligible models purchased from October 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

4. This promotion is valid nationwide. The list of home appliance retailers may be viewed at electrolux.com.ph.
5. To participate in the Comforter Challenge, the customer must submit the accomplished and signed warranty letter to the Electrolux sales promoter.
Product Return Verification Process
1. If the Electrolux UltimateCare washing machine fails the Comforter Challenge, the customer may contact Electrolux Customer Care through the following means:
2. The customer must be able to provide a copy of the Comforter Challenge warranty letter, as well as the appliance invoice / receipt.
3. Electrolux Philippines will verify the validity of the failed results by conducting another test at the location of the appliance.
4. The verification test will be conducted by Electrolux Philippines and/or its agency in the presence of a DTI representative.
5. If the verification test yields failed results, the customer will get their money back within thirty (30) working days from the date of verification.
Product Refund Policy
1. The customer will receive the full amount of the appliance, as indicated in the official invoice/receipt. This excludes other expenses such as delivery fees.
2. Refund will be credited directly to the customer’s provided bank account.
3. Pull out of the appliance will be done by Electrolux Philippines and/or its agency.
4. The Comforter Challenge is an agreement between Electrolux Philippines and the customer. Verification tests and returns in relation to this promotion should be coursed directly to Electrolux Philippines and does not involve the appliance retailer.
Product Return Policy
Product returns are NOT valid if:
1. The return claim is made more than ten (10) days from the date of purchase, as stated on the invoice / receipt.
2. The size of the comforter exceeds 274 x 234 cm or 108 x 92 inches.
3. The dry weight of the comforter exceeds 3.0 kg.
4. The instructions for folding, placing and cleaning the comforter in the washing machine provided by the Electrolux sales promoter steps were not followed.
5. The customer cannot provide a copy of the accomplished and signed Comforter Challenge warranty letter.
6. The customer cannot provide a copy of the appliance invoice / receipt.
